Shipping policy

Dispatch

• Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.
• All orders are dispatched from Derby, United Kingdom.

Delivery

• Free UK delivery on every order with Royal Mail Tracked 48. An Express option is also available at checkout.
• You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Engine oil and service kits containing oil cannot be sent outside the UK.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, unless you choose a guaranteed service.

Engine oil

Oil is shipped in the manufacturer's sealed container and packed to prevent leaks in transit.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly supplied address. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at sales@7motorparts.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it out.
