These terms govern sales made by 7MOTORPARTS LTD through this website. By placing an order you accept these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you place your order. VAT invoices are available on request. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an obvious error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the item or confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify delivery details.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Compatibility and fitment

Compatibility information (fitment notes, OE references and part numbers) is provided as a guide. It is your responsibility to confirm the part is correct for your vehicle before purchase and before fitting. Variations in trim, engine, build date and previous modifications can affect fitment. If unsure, contact us with your registration or VIN before buying and we will help confirm.

6. Warranties

Goods are sold as new unless the listing clearly states otherwise. Any manufacturer's warranty is stated on the product page and is in addition to your statutory rights. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and, where relevant, evidence of correct fitment.

7. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect part selection where the product information was accurate; consequential losses such as labour or fitting costs, recovery, hire vehicles or loss of use; or damage caused by incorrect or unprofessional fitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Data protection

We process your personal data to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us first at sales@7motorparts.co.uk – most issues are resolved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may pursue your rights through the relevant UK consumer dispute channels.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
