Assembled by 7MOTORPARTS. We put this kit together ourselves in Derby, using genuine, factory-sealed parts from Motul and HiFloFiltro.

In the kit

• 1 × Motul 5000 4T 10W-40 semi-synthetic engine oil, 4 litres (JASO MA2, API SN)
• 1 × HiFloFiltro HF204 spin-on oil filter (replaces Triumph T1218001)
• 1 × M14 aluminium sump plug washer (replaces Triumph T3558989)

Why buy the kit

• Meets Triumph's spec for the Tiger 800: 10W-40 semi or fully synthetic, API SH or higher, JASO MA.
• Enough oil – capacity with a filter change is approx. 3.7 litres, so 4 litres leaves a small top-up reserve.
• Fresh sump washer included – a reused crush washer is the most common cause of sump plug weeps.
• Better value than buying the oil, filter and washer separately.

Good to know

• Check the level on the sight glass after filling and top up to the MAX line – do not overfill.
• Lightly oil the filter seal, then tighten as stated in your manual.
• Spark plugs and air filter are not included.
• Take used oil and the old filter to your local recycling centre.
